How to Get Your FA FAN ID

Every player and parent registered with Rushall Olympic FC requires a Football Association (FA) FAN ID for league affiliation and safeguarding.

Step-by-Step Setup Guide

Create the Parent/Guardian Account First

Go to myaccount.thefa.com and register yourself (the parent) first. You must be over 18 to create a primary account.

Add Your Child Under “Individuals (Linked to this account)”

Once logged into your FA profile, scroll down to the Individuals section and click + ADD ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL. This generates a child profile linked directly to your account for FA safeguarding approval.

Note Down Both 8-Digit FAN Numbers

Your FAN IDs are displayed clearly next to the profile names (e.g. FAN: 74063480). Keep a note of both your Parent FAN ID and your Child’s FAN ID.
