Players’ Code
- ✓ Always play by the rules and respect match officials’ decisions.
- ✓ Encourage and support teammates, avoiding negative comments.
- ✓ Shake hands with the opposition and match officials after every game.
- ✓ Treat club equipment and playing kit with care and respect.
Parents & Spectators
- ✓ Always encourage positive play and effort from both teams.
- ✓ Let coaches coach — avoid tactical advice or shouting from the sidelines.
- ✓ Never criticize or confront match officials or opposition parents.
- ✓ Stand behind designated spectator barriers during matches.
Coaches & Volunteers
- ✓ Place player well-being, safety, and enjoyment above winning.
- ✓ Promote fair play, equal opportunities, and skill development.
- ✓ Maintain valid FA qualifications, DBS checks, and safeguarding standards.
- ✓ Act as positive role models at all times during sessions and matches.
